CRM and Digital Marketing Officer, Glasgow

Mary’s Meals International is delighted to be recruiting for a talented CRM & Digital Marketing Officer to join our Communications team here in Glasgow. Supporting the implementation of a new CRM platform across the Mary’s Meals global family, you will be working closely with the CRM team and web agency in supporting the integration into our websites.  

Reporting to our Digital Manager, your key duties will include:  

·Working with Mary’s Meals affiliate organisations to support their CRM needs and offer guidance and support

·Supporting the implementation of the global digital strategy for Mary’s Meals across our websites, social media channels and email marketing, ensuring an integrated supporter experience across all content

·Updating content and working closely with digital agency on regular updates and improvements to the website and CRM system with a focus on maximising traffic, increased engagement and improvement supporter experience

·Support the development of creative digital campaigns and content to tell the Mary’s Meals story.

You will bring a positive approach to managing a varied workload and will have excellent project coordination skills, as you will be working across a variety of projects within a busy team. A strong team focus, excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also key to success in this role.  Experience of working within the digital/CRM space is essential and you will also possess a relevant degree, HND or equivalent.

You will also bring:

·Excellent understanding of CRM systems to deliver supporter insight and communications

·Experience of using Salesforce would be beneficial but not essential

·Knowledge of HTML and CSS would be beneficial but not essential
