There has never been a more exciting time to join Mary’s Meals – a fast-growing global movement, currently providing more than one million children in some of the world’s poorest communities with a nutritious daily meal in their place of education.

Mary’s Meals is a global movement supported by people from all walks of life and we are focused on one goal – that every child receives a nutritious daily meal in a place of education.  We continue to change the lives of 1,361,586 children who today will receive a Mary’s Meals. As a result, they are no longer hungry in class, they will attend school more regularly and ultimately have the opportunity to gain an education, the stepping stone out of poverty.

With overall responsibility for the strategic development of Mary’s Meals global movement, including the national affiliate network and global communications, you will provide both leadership and management to remote teams, within a matrix structure. Through the formulation of new strategies you will grow the global support base and increase the number of Mary’s Meals national affiliates. As part of a small, ambitious Executive Team, you will directly contribute to the development and implementation of a sustainable growth strategy  that ensures the organisation can achieve its mission and objectives whilst adhering to its values.

The successful candidate will be a solutions focused, forward thinking and inspiring leader with relevant experience gained within an international environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to the values and overall mission of Mary’s Meals. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, entrepreneurial flair and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders will also be key attributes.

This role will be both rewarding and challenging but if you would like to make a difference to the lives of thousands of children across the world, we’d love to hear from you.
