CRM Manager - 12 month FTC

Mary’s Meals International is delighted to be recruiting for a talented CRM Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. Serving as an integral member of our Affiliate Development team and working alongside the CRM Project team, you will have responsibility for the management and coordination of our global CRM system. Following the successful implementation of our new CRM system in Mary’s Meals International last year, you will be working in collaboration with our project team to support the ongoing implementation and delivery of our CRM system across our International network of affiliates.

Reporting to our Director of Affiliate Development, you will be skilled in relationship and project management and thrive in a varied, global role. You will bring robust experience of working with CRM systems and will bring proven experience of working in partnership with technical teams to maintain system integrity, implementation timelines and performance.

Other key areas of responsibility include:

  • providing first level support for CRM system including user access management, complex queries and enhancement requests
  • providing CRM system and process training in Mary’s Meals International and across affiliate countries
  • working with IT to ensure more complex system changes are delivered and communicated to stakeholders
  • supporting the CRM Change Approval Board, ensuring system changes and enhancement requests have the required justification and approval
  • supporting the development and expansion of the CRM product and services including affiliate expansion plans and programme growth
  • lead and derive content for project meetings including a regular Project Steering Committee and incremental all staff gatherings
  • build and nurture relationships with international network of affiliates; and
  • work closely with Communication teams to ensure supporter experience is seamless in its integration with CRM systems.

With experience of systems implementation and management within a complex, global environment and managing relationships with culturally diverse stakeholders, you will bring proven leadership skills and project management experience. Experience of working with Blackbaud CRM, Salesforce or MS Dynamics would be beneficial but not essential. Experience of working in the non-profit sector is not essential, but the desire to make a positive change in the world and alignment with the values of our organisation are essential.
