Digital Manager - Websites

Mary’s Meals International is delighted to be recruiting for a talented Digital Manager – Websites, to join our Communications team here in Glasgow. Driving the continuous improvement of our websites and our online supporter journeys, your work will play a key role in growing our supporter base and engaging our amazing donors, fundraisers and volunteers across the world. Creative, with a strong grasp of all things digital – you will shape and manage our journeys, deliver innovative campaigns and work collaboratively with our in-house IT Team to manage the technology behind our websites.

Reporting to our Head of Digital, you will:  

  • support development and implementation of our global digital strategy across the MM family;
  • shape and drive the build, content delivery, development and optimisation of the MM network websites and supporter platforms;
  • deliver multi-channel campaigns and activities across the Mary’s Meals network engaging supporters to create a great online experience;
  • manage our external partners in the delivery of new website developments and work closely with our CRM team to improve our email communications;
  • own the Mary’s Meals website estate, working in an agile way to shape and deliver change;
  • gather, shape and interpret data and insight to drive further optimisation; and
  • drive digital innovation across the whole MM network, providing practical support and training to empower our National Affiliates to engage with their supporters in country and tailor content to local audiences.

As an excellent communicator, you will have the ability to effectively communicate across all mediums and will proactively seek the opportunity for networking across the global family and externally. Communications is at the heart of what we do at Mary’s Meals and you will you will be skilled in content marketing and have robust experience of social media marketing, channel and audience management.

You will also bring:

  • people management experience;
  • robust experience of email marketing, design and personalisation;
  • experience of managing external agencies;
  • experience of managing multiple digital projects from concept creation to delivery; and
  • the ability to gather, analyse and understand digital analytics, via Google Analytics.
