A hop, skip, and splash into some fundraising stories from around the world.

Run Locally, Feed Globally

Supporters of all ages and from all corners of the USA took on the Mary’s Meals Thanksgiving challenge by running, walking, hopping, skipping, dancing, skating or swimming to help feed hungry children in the world’s poorest communities.

Music in Munich

Classical pianists Julia Fedulayeva and Prof Victor Chestopal played for 300 guests at a special concert held at the Münchner Residence in Munich, Germany. The spectacular event raised more than €50,000 for Mary’s Meals!

A taste of success

Alessandro from Italy chose to celebrate his graduation by supporting hungry children in Liberia. The student presented his friends and family with Mary’s Meals favours and raised funds to provide seven children with nutritious meals for a whole school year!

Causing a splash

Superstar fundraiser Ava Bradley from Holytown in Scotland is making waves with her home-made bath bombs, which she is giving to friends and family in exchange for a donation to Mary’s Meals.

The talented nine-year-old said: “It’s great fun making the bath bombs and I hope that this will help the children learn better in school.”

Big Family Christmas

Over the festive period, people from across the Mary’s Meals family were hard at work raising funds and awareness at fabulous stalls and Christmas markets. Here are just a few photos from Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain and the UK.
