Mary’s Meals Luxembourg Raises €2,050 to Provide School Meals for More Than 90 Children
In June 2025, the newly formed Mary’s Meals Luxembourg fundraising group held its first fundraising event at Église St. Joseph’s Limpertsberg in Luxembourg City during a First Holy Communion celebration. Thanks to donations from parents, children and parishioners, the event raised €2,050 — enough to provide meals every school day for a whole year to more than 90 children.
Miles for (many) meals: How supporters in Germany help provide school meals
This fundraising initiative in Germany supports Mary’s Meals’ school feeding programmes. Through fundraising efforts, participants help provide daily school meals to children living in areas of great need, helping children attend school and have the opportunity to learn.
Aloha College in Spain Raises Funds to Provide School Meals to More Than 420 Children in Zambia
Aloha College in Marbella, Spain, chose Mary’s Meals as its charity of choice and launched a fundraising campaign in 2025. The campaign began with a charity gala and raised enough money to provide daily school meals for more than 420 pupils at Katunula Primary School in Zambia for a whole school year through the Sponsor a School initiative. The event also helped students and families learn more about Mary’s Meals and the impact of school feeding.
St Henry’s Parish in Canada Raises More Than $4,000 to Support Mary’s Meals
Since 2017, parishioners at St Henry’s Roman Catholic Parish in Melville, Canada, have gathered on the first Sunday of February to support Mary’s Meals. In February 2025, the parish’s Social Justice Committee hosted a soup and sandwich lunch after Mass, where the community learned about Mary’s Meals and heard stories about children receiving school meals. The event, along with sales of The Shed That Fed 2 Million Children, raised $4,082 for Mary’s Meals.
